Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Cochin
Airport pickup, Fort Kochi sightseeing — Chinese nets, Jew Town, an evening Kathakali show. Overnight in Kochi.

Day 2: Cochin → Alleppey houseboat
Drive to Alleppey and board your private houseboat by noon. Cruise the canals, lunch and dinner aboard. Overnight on the backwaters.

Day 3: Alleppey → Kumarakom
Disembark after breakfast, transfer to Kumarakom. Visit the bird sanctuary, sunset by Vembanad Lake. Overnight in Kumarakom.

Day 4: Departure
Leisurely breakfast and transfer to Cochin airport.
