These terms govern bookings made with Kerala Backpackers ("we", "us"). By booking a tour or package with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
All quotes are valid for [ e.g. 14 days ] and subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
A booking is confirmed only once we acknowledge it in writing and the required deposit of [ e.g. X% ] is received.
A deposit of [ amount/percentage ] is due to confirm; the balance is due [ e.g. 30 days ] before travel.
Accepted payment methods: [ list methods ]. Prices are quoted in [ INR / currency ] unless stated otherwise.
Package prices cover only what is listed under 'inclusions' for each tour. Flights are not included unless explicitly stated.
Prices may change due to factors outside our control (taxes, fuel, exchange rates) until your booking is confirmed and paid.
Requests to change a confirmed itinerary are subject to availability and may incur costs.
We may make minor itinerary changes for operational, safety or weather reasons, and will offer the nearest reasonable alternative.
You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, insurance and any required vaccinations.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all travellers.
We act as an organiser of the services listed. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services booked.
We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
If something isn't right during your trip, contact us immediately on WhatsApp so we can resolve it. Unresolved complaints should be put in writing to hello@keralabackpackers.com within [ e.g. 28 days ] of return.
These terms are governed by the laws of [ India / your jurisdiction ], and disputes are subject to the courts of [ location ].
