Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Cochin → Kumarakom
Airport pickup and transfer to a lakefront Ayurveda resort in Kumarakom. Welcome herbal drink and rest. Overnight in Kumarakom.
Day 2: Consultation & first treatments
Morning consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor, who designs your personalised programme. First treatments and a guided yoga session. Overnight in Kumarakom.
Day 3: Treatment day
Daily therapies (Abhyanga, Shirodhara as prescribed), yoga, and an Ayurvedic sattvic diet. Afternoon at leisure by the lake. Overnight in Kumarakom.
Day 4: Kumarakom → Kovalam
Transfer south to a beachfront wellness resort in Kovalam, continuing your treatment plan. Overnight in Kovalam.
Day 5: Treatment & sea air
Morning therapies and yoga, afternoon rest by the sea. Optional gentle Varkala day trip. Overnight in Kovalam.
Day 6: Final treatments
Closing treatments, a wrap-up consultation and dietary guidance to take home. Overnight in Kovalam.
Day 7: Departure
Transfer to Trivandrum airport, rested and restored.
